With three bases in Japan, Thailand, and Mexico,

Furthermore, we will continue to take on new challenges without sticking only to our traditional manufacturing.

Minamida is a manufacturing company located in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture.
Starting from a small riveting factory making nails in 1933, we have been manufacturing bolts since the second generation, and since the third generation, we have entered the automobile industry and have continued to change flexibly to meet market needs while focusing on the business of special metal parts for automobiles using a niche technology called "cold forging.
As the fourth generation took over, the first thing I did was to create a new philosophy.
What is needed to connect our manufacturing to the next generation and to make further progress is a common set of values that are more familiar, easier to understand, and permeate each and every one of us.

This new philosophy, "interesting" does not just mean that work is fun.
When do you feel interesting? It is when you feel yourself growing. When you achieve improvements or goals.
When each and every employee feels interesting, Minamida itself becomes interesting.
We are currently taking on new challenges, such as developing our own original B-to-C brand, supporting the introduction of collaborative robots, and manufacturing at our three overseas bases, based on the technologies we have cultivated over the years.
In 2023, we will celebrate our 90th year in business, and our goal is "10 billion for 10 years.
