What is SDGs
The SDGs are international indicators adopted at the UN Summit in 2015 that aim to be achieved by 2030. The SDGs consist of 17 Goals and 169 Targets, which are defined by the United Nations. The United Nations has called for everyone, including governments, companies, and individuals, to work toward achieving the SDGs.

Minamida endorses the Sustainable Development Goals advocated by the United Nations and is committed to developing businesses that help realize a sustainable society. Based on our sustainability characteristics, we have identified issues to be addressed from among the SDGs goals and will actively promote projects to solve them. The SDGs have a very high affinity with the themes of our key initiatives, and will not only enhance our corporate value but also strengthen our relationship with stakeholders. We will promote them as a sustainable growth strategy that leverages our strengths.

What is health management
Health management refers to a management approach that emphasizes the promotion of employee health and aims to maintain and improve health and company productivity as a management issue. Our company is under ISO9001 control and strict quality control
We were one of the first to obtain ISO9001 certification, and we maintain strict quality control from build quality to shipping. We have a highly reliable quality control system with a full lineup of inspection equipment such as CMMs and image measuring machines. In addition, we have handled many important safety parts in the automotive field and have conducted quality checks that do not tolerate defects.We can also perform a full inspection upon request to ensure thorough quality control.
Environmental Policy
Minamida Co., Ltd. recognizes that the preservation of the global environment is one of the most important issues common to all humankind, and has adopted the following basic principles regarding environmental preservation: "We shall strive to preserve the global environment and aim for better business activities that take the environment into consideration". Based on the fact that our activities, products, and services mainly consist of the manufacture and sale of cold heading products, we have adopted a creed: "In order to coexist and grow with our customers, we will develop human resources and take on constant challenges with an awareness of improvement in quality, delivery time, and cost. In accordance with the following policy, we will continuously improve our environmental management system.
- We shall establish, implement, and maintain an environmental management system, always recognizing the environmental aspects of our activities, products, and services.
- We are committed to preventing pollution and continuously improving our environmental performance.
- We commit to comply with legal requirements related to our business activities, products and services, as well as other requirements to which we (the business site) agree.

Based on this Environmental Policy and the environmental aspects of our activities, products, and services, we will contribute to the improvement of the environment by setting environmental objectives and targets and engaging in activities based on the following themes.
- Practice energy and resource conservation.
- Reduce waste generation.
- Strive to manufacture environmentally friendly products with our unique and optimal processing technology.
In order to achieve this policy, we will set environmental objectives and targets, and will mobilize the efforts of all departments and levels of our company to contribute to the preservation of the environment.
